Booking & Scheduling
Head to our Book page and choose an available time slot through our scheduling system. You'll see real-time availability, select your duration and any add-ons, and complete your booking with payment — all in one step. A confirmation email with the studio address and everything you need follows immediately.
We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for all bookings. Same-day or next-day requests can sometimes be accommodated — reach out and we'll do our best.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your slot. Cancellations made 48+ hours before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free with 48+ hours notice, subject to availability.
The studio is available Monday through Saturday, with flexible time slots from morning through evening. All available windows show in real time on our booking page — what you see is what's open.
The Space
Every booking includes access to the full studio space, natural light, wifi, a basic white backdrop, and a prep/staging area. Additional backdrops, props, and extras can be added during booking for a small fee. See our Rates page for the full breakdown.
Absolutely. The studio is designed for you to bring your own camera, lighting, and equipment. Power outlets throughout the space, plenty of room for strobes, softboxes, and modifiers. Just keep your setup within the studio footprint and leave the space as you found it.
The space comfortably fits a photographer plus a small team — typically up to 6 people total including subjects, assistants, and stylists. For larger productions, get in touch and we can discuss options.
Yes — the space works well for both photo and video. Select Video / Film as your shoot type during booking so we can make sure everything's set up. If your production involves sound or specific accommodations, mention that in the notes or reach out beforehand.
Logistics
The studio is located in Saskatoon, SK. The exact address is shared in your confirmation email after booking. Parking is available at a paid lot nearby — details and directions included in your confirmation so you know exactly where to go.
You're responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or backdrops during your session. We recommend carrying your own liability insurance if you're a working professional. The studio must be left in the condition you found it — cleanup time should be built into your booking window.
